Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Blossive.com website and the services provided by Blossive (“us”, “we”, or “our”). By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Blossive provides an automated promotion platform for YouTube creators. Our proprietary technology utilizes artificial intelligence to analyze video content and manage advertising distributions via the Google Ads network. Blossive is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with Google LLC or YouTube.

2. Service Packages and Pricing

Package Model: Blossive offers fixed-price promotion packages. Each package is a bundled service that includes:
- Content analysis and audience targeting via Blossive AI.
- Management and optimization of ad placements on the Google Ads platform.
- Access to the Blossive analytics dashboard.
Total Cost: The price displayed at the time of checkout is the total cost for the selected package. This price includes all technology fees, management costs, and the advertising budget required to deliver the service.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust package prices or estimated results based on fluctuations in the global advertising market.

3. User Obligations and Content Policy

Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
Video Compliance: You represent and warrant that any video submitted for promotion complies with YouTube’s Community Guidelines and Google Ads Policies.
Prohibited Content: Blossive does not promote videos containing hate speech, deceptive claims, copyrighted material you do not own, or content restricted by Google Ads policies.

4. Delivery and Estimates

Estimated Results: Any projections provided (e.g., estimated views or engagement) are based on historical data and market averages. These are estimates only and not a guarantee of exact performance, as audience behavior is beyond our control.
Campaign Start: Most campaigns begin within 24–48 hours after payment and video approval by the advertising network.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Final Sale: Due to the nature of digital advertising, all sales are final once a promotion campaign has been initiated and resources have been committed to the advertising network.
Pre-Launch Cancellation: If a campaign is rejected by the advertising network before it begins, you may be eligible for a full refund or a credit to promote an alternative video.
Partial Refunds: Blossive does not offer partial refunds for campaigns that are already in progress.

6. Limitation of Liability

Blossive acts as a management layer between the user and the advertising network. We shall not be held liable for:

Any actions taken by YouTube or Google regarding your account or channel.
Variations in the organic performance of your video following a promotion.
Any loss of revenue or indirect damages arising from the use of our service.

7. Third-Party Platforms

By using Blossive, you acknowledge that your promotion is subject to the terms and conditions of Google Ads. You grant Blossive the necessary permissions to manage advertising campaigns on your behalf via the Google Ads API.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of Blossive is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your data and comply with Google API Services User Data Policies.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Spain.
