1. General Provisions
At Blossive Tech LLC, we are committed to providing our customers with the best possible experience when optimizing and promoting their YouTube videos. However, we understand that there may be instances where circumstances do not align with expectations. Therefore, we offer the option to request a refund for any unused funds remaining in your active campaign or account wallet.
Please note that we are strictly unable to refund payments or portions of funds that have already been utilized, spent, or distributed, as these funds are directly used to cover the costs of running Google Ads on your behalf. Nonetheless, your satisfaction is our priority, and we will make every effort to address any concerns you may have through our support channels.
2. Eligibility for a Full Refund
You are entitled to a full refund of your transaction amount under the following specific conditions:
- If you request a refund while your campaign is still in the “Pending” or “Under Review” status (before any advertising budget has been deployed to Google Ads).
- If your video campaign has been officially rejected by Google Ads policies.
Refunds will be issued either back to your Blossive account wallet or to the original payment method used for the transaction. Please be aware that refunds can only be claimed for actual funds deposited by the user into the Blossive wallet; this explicitly excludes any promotional credits, coupons, or bonus funds provided by Blossive.
3. Partial Refunds for Active Campaigns
If you request to stop or cancel an active, ongoing campaign, a partial refund will be issued strictly for the remaining, unspent, and unused advertising funds.
We aim to process all approved refund requests as promptly as possible. Once processed on our end, please allow up to 5 to 10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect on your original payment card or bank account statement, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
